Best Veterinarian hospital in the city! Love the vets here. They genuinely care about your babies. Talking you through everything and giving you advice on what they would do if it was their fur baby. Receptionists are always extremely helpful and even when busy give you the best customer service. Love this place would 10/10 recommend to any family or friend.

I was recommended this veterinarian by a friend and found the pricing to be fair. However, i’m not satisfied with their services. I recently took in a kitten who had several health issues going on. Our initial visits went well and it wasn’t until around the third visit after we came home from his appointment I noticed a foul smell coming from the kittens ear. I immediately called the next day to mention that I don’t think the kitten was assessed properly and if i could take him back in. I took him in two days later where they confirmed he had an ear infection. I ended up having to pay the fee for a medical check up despite the kitten being seen by the same vet two days prior. I’m not sure how that’s fair that I had to pay 200 dollars in the span of two days because the vet failed to catch the ear infection the first time. Two weeks later and I took the kitten in again for his third dose of vaccinations and I stated that I was still seeing ear wax but no smell coming from his ear. The vet told me to stop using the medication and it should heal on its own. It is now the end of the week and the smell has returned as well as more earwax. I genuinely wanted to like this veterinarian but I’m so over having to constantly pay due to their lack of attention.
